The fireplace mantel in a home generally falls into one of two categories – It’s decorated for every season, with the decorations being changed out often.  Or it’s a total catch-all place for your keys, junk mail, and other stuff.

Whichever is the case, you’ll want to update your fall mantel decorations with these really great chic home decor accessories.

Distressed Cherry Mantel  – If you want to have chic mantel decor, the first thing you have to start with is a great mantel. This one fits with a lot of different decor styles, and almost has a bit of the classic Craftsman style.

Three Mirrors  – Almost everyone has a mirror over their fireplace. It’s one of the interior design tricks to make your room appear larger and reflect light.  Why not mix it up a little with a set of three mirrors? The set shown is out of stock, but here are a few that have a similar feel. Round Wood Quadrant Mirror  Round Window Mirror  Vintage Look Octagonal Mirror

Turned Table Lamp with Linen Shade  – Everyone needs a lamp, and more light.  It’s just a fact. Lamps really help pull a room together, and provide the necessary light – whether it’s for reading, or a soft glow. This is the perfect addition to your fall mantel decorations.  This is a good one, too.

In Everything Give Thanks Wall Vinyl – Vinyl is one of the quickest and easiest ways to change the look of a room.  It can dress it up or give a different feel in no time at all. At this price, even if you only leave the vinyl saying up for a month or two, you really can’t beat it!

Sunglow Rock Salt Votive Holder (4 shown) – Candles are almost a must have in a home. These candle holders add a lot of style and a pop of color to your fall mantel, or really, any time. The goldenrod glass has a great glow when a candle is lit. So pretty. Pair ’em with these candles.

Pewter Table Clock with Bird  – This mantel clock will add a lot of interest and a little dollop of whimsy to your fall mantel. The verdigris finish adds another color that really reminds of fall and autumn. It’s a great accent piece.
