St Patrick’s Day seems to be one of those events that people use as an excuse to go out drinking and party. This year, rather than having yet another boring, dull green beer, step up your game.

Shamrock Sipper low calorie cocktail

The Shamrock Sipper will have you celebrating in style – and like a grown up.  It’s low calorie, so you can save those for things that matter – like appetizers and dessert.  Better yet, it’s so super easy to make, you can make them at home.  That’s a total win!

Shamrock Sipper Cocktail

This is a twist on a classic mojito.

Ingredients

  • 2 parts Skinnygirl®  Cucumber Vodka
  • ½  part fresh lime juice
  • Muddled mint leaves
  • Thin slices of cucumber (optional)
  • Club Soda
  • Shamrock-shaped cucumber slice for garnish
  • Ice

Directions

Shake the vodka, lime juice, and mint leaves with ice in a shaker. Strain, and pour into a glass with fresh ice.  Top with club soda and add a few thin slices of cucumber. Garnish with cucumber slice shaped like a shamrock.
