The Olay Luminous Glow challenge is sponsored by P&G/SheSpeaks. Opinions are my own.
A couple weeks ago, I told you that I was taking the Olay Regenerist Luminous challenge. I switched out my regular skin care regimen and replaced it with the new Olay Regenerist Luminous line. As part of the challenge, I was to use the Olay Regenerist line for two weeks, and report back with my findings.
Olay Regenerist Luminous Glow Challenge Results
Olay Regenerist Luminous Bright Cream Cleanser. This is loaded with micro-beads, which are kind of controversial right now. The texture of the cleanser was pretty nice. I am a big fan of both cream cleansers and exfoliation, so combining both in one products works for me. I did think that it didn’t quite rinse clean, but that could just be my water. My skin looked and felt totally renewed, though.
Olay Regenerist Luminous Tone Perfecting Cream Moisturizer. This is supposed to make your skin look younger, fresher, and fade the dark spots. It has a light scent as well. Well. The package says it’s a light scent. I am sometimes a little scent sensitive, and this smell was a bit overpowering some days. The Tone Perfecting moisturizer absorbed quickly and didn’t make my skin feel greasy or anything.
Olay Regenerist Luminous Dark Circle Correcting Hydraswirl for Eyes. I don’t usually get dark circles or under eye bags, knock on wood. With that being said, I know how important it is to take care of the eye area if you want to remain looking young. Because the skin is so thin and delicate, it shows signs of aging and needs some extra love. The Olay Regenerist eye cream provides a lot of the love and the care that the eye area needs. It firms up the area and brightens the skin. They say that the eyes are the window to your soul, so you might as well do what you can to make them shine.
All in all, the Olay Regenerist Luminous products are good quality, and I would recommend them. As long as the scents of the items don’t bother you. These products are available exclusively at Walmart stores everywhere.
