Isn't it kind of amazing how the sense of memory works?  I was doing something with my mom over the weekend, and I asked her "Do you remember when I was 6 or 7 and…"  She knew exactly what I was thinking about and all of a sudden, we were talking about that.  I can't even remember what it was now.

The sights, smells, and traditions of the holidays can also trigger many of the same kinds of memories.  When you can't be with the ones you love, those memories can be very depressing.

Know someone that would love to go home this holiday season?  Febreze wants to help!  They're having a Facebook contest where one lucky person that can't go home for the holidays will win $10,000.

All you have to do is head over to their Facebook page and tell Febreze about your friend or family member and why they could use some happiness this season.    The Febreze Best of Holidays Past contest ends November 27, 2012. Enter here.

“I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Febreze. I received a promotional item to thank me for participating”
