Women often suffer from fatigue; be it from lack of sleep, not eating right, or changes in our bodies, Dr. Cwynar addresses how to make changes to regain energy in your life.
Her 8 step program is designed to address all aspects of your health from diet to exercise to hormones. Each step is well thought out, and explains not only what to change, but how and why you need to change. I feel that knowing the ‘why’ is just as important as the ‘what’ – in most cases, knowing why keeps me motivated.
The Fatigue Solution is written from a shared woman’s view (Leeza Gibbons called it a big sister approach), not from a clinical perspective. The changes are easy to make, logical and will boost your vitality. Dr. Eva, as her patients call her, uses her patients as examples to show the relationships between what you eat and how it affects how you feel. In one such example, a woman complaining of breast tenderness did not relate this symptom to high levels of metals in her system from eating fish. Dr. Eva showed her how her body, in an effort to protect itself from the metals, created more mucus, which caused other problems, including the tenderness. Once she was treated for the high levels of metals, her other symptoms vanished.
Sometimes, we don’t see how what we do is affecting all parts of our lives. Dr. Eva shows us how making changes, a step at a time, will improve our energy, and make us feel better.
